ok i am getting the cny atmosphere at last.

yesterday was supposed to go sihui's house and to reco scap cum 7th sc reco lunch!

But had to take over zr at jp selling couplets as he need to go back to malaysia that morning already.Thus, my mum made me go. So, apprently i had no choice. It was rather sad cos i had been looking forward to these gatherings. So, my sis and i went jp early in the morning. She taught me how to use the cashier there (it was ok cos i learn cashier before though this was a little different) and how to promote the couplets. We were the earliest in setting up the stalls. So, while setting up zr called to tell me he was at singapore custom le and on his way to malaysia custom. Hope he recovered faster and enjoyed his cny there.Then, not long after st came! She did morning shift as well.

As time passed, there were more people coming to shop. Me and sis started to promote our couplets. For the first hour, there was practically no customer and we were :( Surprisingly, after that, there were more customers patronising our stall. The sales for that morning shift was $472.20. It was the second highest record for morning shift. Claps* haha my sis was really a pro in promoting couplets! In between, st came over to "disturb" here and there. laughs* Compared to my office job, this was of course much fun. Yeps, so by four bing and ciau er came and took over the shift. =)


so after everything met up with cia at jp instead of going to hui's house cos most of them were going off already. :( ohs i fell in love with a red shirt at pure milk. Too bad it was a little ex. The shirt was nice!

after that, parents came to fetch me and we went chinatown. let the picture did the talking though there were only a few pics.. :P

yes i will be happy and ought to be happy. Life is too short to be sad. Once again, i use this same old phrase to encourage myself again.

yesterday while me and QQ set off to work, there were drum sound from our void deck. There was one granny passed away on thurday night. There were only a few people sending her off. As she did not have many children. Furthermore, my mum told us during the period of cny, there actually quite few people who wanted to turn up for such funeral thing cos they believed this would bring them bad luck. I really pity the granny and her children/grandchildren. Pity the granny cos there were not many people who turned up for her funeral. Pity her children/ grandchildren cos this would mean they could not celebrate cny this year as they could not visit other people's house within that 100 days. This was like a tradition i heard from mum.

so, we had to cherish each and every of our gatherings with my dear and loved ones =)

today was chu xi! happy cow year people!

[val] huh really! how come i didn't see you! haha now i understand why my friends say my eyes got prob. haha. anyway yahs true, thanks alot for the encouragements and cheer ups. hehe. yahs zr was sick. he had flu and coughs but he went back to malaysia yesterday morning. Think he will only be back at on chu 3. yes when are we meeting up? haha. i will be off on friday sat and sunday =DD
